Refunds & Cancellations

Meli is digital software developed and provided by Futur Labs LLC. Lemon Squeezy processes Meli Pro purchases and subscriptions as our merchant of record.

Price, trial, and renewal

Your first install starts a free 14-day Meli Pro trial automatically after setup. No payment method is collected for the trial, and the trial never converts into a charge. Trials are limited to one per person. Meli Pro costs $59.99 USD per year, purchased through Lemon Squeezy, plus any applicable taxes, and the subscription renews automatically each year at the price shown before renewal.

Canceling Meli Pro

You may cancel through the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal payments. You retain Meli Pro access through the end of your paid annual billing period.

After Meli Pro expires, Meli continues in Lite. Your local data is not deleted. History and rules beyond Lite's limits remain stored on your Mac and become available again if Meli Pro is reactivated.

Refund policy

Payments are generally non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time in an annual subscription because access continues until the paid billing period ends.

We review refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, circumstances where a refund is required by law, and other exceptional circumstances. To request a refund, email hello@trymeli.app with your Lemon Squeezy order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a description of the issue.

Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds in accordance with its buyer terms and responsibilities as merchant of record.

Billing disputes

If you do not recognize a charge, were charged more than once, or believe a payment was incorrect, contact hello@trymeli.app with your order details so we can investigate. Lemon Squeezy handles payment disputes and chargebacks as the merchant of record.

Returns

Meli is delivered digitally. No physical goods are sold, so physical returns and exchanges do not apply.
